Hi, I'm Amanda!

I am so glad you are here! I personally love all things health and wellness, and have been on my own overall wellness journey over the years, which drew me towards an avenue of helping others achieve their wellness goals. As a Certified Wellness Coach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal health and well-being.

 

I create personalized coaching plans that address the unique needs of each client, meeting them where they are at this stage in their journey. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, focusing on building strong, supportive relationships and empowering clients to take an active role in their health journey.

 

I hold a certification in Integrative and Complementary Health, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of holistic health approaches that encompass nutrition, fitness, stress management, and lifestyle modifications.

My coaching philosophy centers around the belief that wellness is made up of not just physical health, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Over the years, I have worked to become equipped in serving a diverse range of clients, helping them to set and achieve realistic health goals, overcome barriers to wellness, and maintain lasting lifestyle changes.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer group workshops and wellness programs that cover a variety of topics, such as mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. My goal is to provide clients with the tools, knowledge, and motivation they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Outside of coaching, I am passionate about continuing education, creative projects and the great outdoors.
